Cheryl Banko, ’95, has launched “The Peace Method: The Holistic Anxiety Fix,” an eight-week guided journaling resource that combines evidence-based strategies with practical tools to promote mental clarity and personal growth.

Created in collaboration with Dr. Suzanne Pelka, this journal introduces readers to a five-step framework (Pause, Embrace, Adjust, Create, Empower) designed to reduce stress, cultivate resilience, and foster emotional wellness.
Whether someone is navigating daily stressors or seeking long-term transformation, “The Peace Method” offers an accessible and impactful approach to achieving greater calm and clarity.

The eight-week program features daily guided prompts, reflections, and exercises tailored to reduce anxiety in minutes while reinforcing positive mental health habits. Tools such as mood tracking and mindfulness exercises encourage small, actionable steps that accumulate into meaningful, long-term transformation.
