
A short film by Chris Dell, ’07, was screened at the Upstate New York Film Festival in Williamsville June 6.
The film, “Wild Iris,” is a 12-minute short that was shot in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. Dell wrote, directed, produced and was the lead actor in the horror thriller. The plot is about a father (played by Dell) looking for his daughter who went missing on a school volleyball trip. However, all the evidence he gathers indicates to him that he might actually be the perpetrator.
The film was shot in one night on a $1,000 budget.
