Dear Class of 2020,
It is with a tremendous amount of joy and pride that I offer my congratulations and sincere wishes for good health, happiness and prosperity to each of you upon your graduation from St. Bonaventure University. As a father of a member of the Class of 2020 and a University Trustee, I have had the privilege to get to know many of you and to witness first-hand your journey from incoming freshmen to proud graduates and alumni.
While this moment in time is certainly bittersweet for each of you as well as your parents and the university’s faculty and staff who all rejoice during the graduation celebrations, the milestone and the magnitude of your accomplishment will shine bright on May 17 and for the remainder of time. You now join a tremendous family of alumni as you begin your careers, continue your education and live the rest of your lives in our world as shining examples of how the education and experience at St. Bonaventure University transform people and through you will positively impact the communities in which you will live and serve.
Always remember and pay forward the investment that others made in you during your years at St. Bonaventure. As you live the values that we all hold dear, you will go far, touch many lives for good and make the world a better place.
