Bob Kunzinger’s new book of essays, “A Third Place: Notes on Nature,” is available from Madville Press of Texas, Amazon, and bookstores worldwide. His award-winning essays in this collection have been praised by writers including Tim O’Brien and Sam Pickering and have been described as mesmerizing by NPR’s Jacki Lyden.

This is Kunzinger’s eighth collection of essays, including the notable “Penance: Walking with the Infant,” which was celebrated by diverse audiences from Inside the Vatican magazine to actor Martin Sheen.

In addition, the popularity of the recent award-winning film “At Eternity’s Gate” caused a reissue of the 1983 graduate’s book “Blessed Twilight: The Life of Vincent van Gogh,” a first-person account of the artist’s life.
